Privacy Policy
This is an English translation of our Polish privacy policy. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed jointly by Jakub Anderwald and Piotr Michałowski, organizers of the AI Enablers community, as joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR.

2. What data we collect
Through the website and community sign-up form, we process the following data:
- Email address — provided voluntarily through the newsletter / interest list sign-up form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer, visit duration (server logs and, with consent, analytics tools).
- Event registration data — when using Luma, processing on Luma's side is governed by their policy: lu.ma/privacy.

Electronic communication (mailing list, meetup notifications) is conducted exclusively with consent as referred to in art. 10 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
4. Who we share data with
- Vercel Inc. — hosting for aienablers.pl (Vercel privacy policy). Data may be processed on servers outside the EEA based on Standard Contractual Clauses.
- MailerLite — newsletter and mailing list service (MailerLite privacy policy).
- Luma — event registration platform (Luma privacy policy).
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — anonymous site usage statistics (Google privacy policy). Activated only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner.
Data of event participants who consented to the mailing list is automatically transferred from Luma to MailerLite so we can send communications about upcoming community meetups.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
- Newsletter email — until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe link in every email).
- Event registration data — 12 months from the last contact.
- Server logs — up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
At any time, you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify or erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing prior to withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) — the Polish supervisory authority under GDPR.

7. Cookies
The site aienablers.pl uses cookies in two categories:
7.1 Essential (always active)
aie.lang— your language choice (PL / EN). localStorage, until browser data is cleared.aie.cookies— your cookie consent decision. localStorage, until browser data is cleared.
7.2 Analytics (enabled after your consent)
If you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we enable Google Analytics 4, which collects anonymous visit statistics (entry source, time spent, button clicks). GA4 sets the following cookies among others:

IP addresses are masked (IP anonymization). Data may be transferred to the United States based on Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can withdraw consent at any time — clear your browser data for this domain and the banner will appear again.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at aienablers.pl/privacy-policy.html. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
